Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM)
The first Annual General Meeting of Members of the Australian Jockey Club Limited ACN 130 406 852 (AJC) will be held in the Panorama Room, Level two, Paddock Grandstand at Royal Randwick Racecourse on Friday, 27 November 2009, at 2:00pm.

Importantly, an election of Directors to serve on the AJC Board is to take place and the results of that election are to be declared at the AGM.
A notice of election process and candidate information is also available for review below. Voting papers are being mailed to all members eligible to vote and must be with the returning officer by 5:00pm on Thursday, 26 November 2009 as specified in the voting papers.
