Private Rooms
A range of private function rooms for race days are available including the Vice Regal, Vista, or Kingston Town Rooms. The rooms offer panoramic racecourse views, private tote facilities and television monitors to view all local and interstate races.
The Private Room package includes:
- Racecourse admission ticket
- Sumptuous buffet luncheon, dessert and afternoon tea
- Australian white, red and sparkling wines, Tooheys beer, mineral water, orange juice and soft drinks
- Race book and souvenir pen
- In-field car parking facilities
Price is from $150.00 per person based on a minimum of 100 guests.
Marquees
Beautiful white silk-lined marquees for private or corporate events can be arranged at Royal Randwick. You and your guests can enjoy the atmosphere of the racecourse from your own private marquee overlooking the famous Randwick Straight.
Marquee packages include a carpeted floor and garden area set with outdoor tables and chairs.

- Racecourse admission ticket
- Extensive buffet including afternoon tea
- Beverage package of Australian red, white and sparkling wines, Tooheys beers, mineral water, orange juice and soft drink

Prices from $199.00 per person based on a minimum of 50 guests.

Race Day BBQ
Based on a minimum of 100 guests
- General admission tickets to the racecourse
- Reserved lawn area
- Outdoor garden furniture (table, sun umbrella and 4 chairs) – 4 guests per table
- Complimentary infield car parking
Barbecue Food, including :
- BBQ Scotch Fillet Steak, Breast of chicken, BBQ fish, vegetarian selection (Guests selection - one piece per person)
- Green salad, potato salad, bread roll, condiments, disposable cutlery and paper plates
Guests to purchase beverages from a temporary bar (shared bar with general public)
$85.00 per person
Royal Randwick security guards are required at $45.00 per guard per hour for 6 hours at 1 guard per 100 guests
All prices include GST and are valid until 30 July 2010.
General Information
Pricing is inclusive of GST and excludes Carnival Days, Melbourne Cup Day and the Christmas Racing Season.
Full payment is required 2 weeks prior to the race day. No refunds will be made if booking is cancelled within 7 days of nominated race meeting.
