If your Online Renewal Login was listed on your renewal letter / notice as NOT AVAILABLE, we do not have an email address for you. To set up your online account email the Membership Team your EMAIL address and your online account can be set up immediately. Access to your online account will not only allow you to renew, but also update your contact details at any time during the membership year. This process also applies to anyone whose email address is no longer valid.

How do I renew my membership?
There are 5 easy ways to renew your membership for 2009/10 season.
1. (Preferred) On-Line (you must provide a valid an email address to be able to renew your membership ONLINE) RENEW ONLINE

When does the 2009/10 membership season commence?
The 2009/10 membership season commences on 1 August 2009.
I’ve tried to renew online and my old password is not working, what do I do?
During 2008/09 we have upgraded our online membership system so you will need to receive a NEW password by entering your email address (as it appears on your Membership Subscription Renewal paperwork) and opt to send your password to your email address.
If your email address as it appears on your renewal is no longer valid your must contact the membership department to update it BEFORE you can use the online membership system to renew your membership.

If I renew after 31 July 2009 how much do I pay for my renewal?
On your renewal notice there are two amounts printed one for before 31 July 2009 and one for after. For most membership types renewing after 31 July 2009 will cost you more, but check your Membership Subscription Renewal.
When is the renewal cut-off date?
To ensure you do not have to pay a joining fee again all memberships must be renewed by 31 July 2010. Failure to pay will result in your membership expiring. We encourage all members to renew prior to Spring Carnival 2009.
I’m moving overseas or interstate this year; can I put my membership “on-hold”?
Applications for what we call Absentee Membership must be received in writing via email members@royalrandwick.com or post AJC Membership, Locked Bag 3 Randwick NSW 2031. You must prove that you will be out of NSW for the duration of the season to qualify for absentee membership, which will allow you to pay a nominal fee to keep your membership active. Application for absentee membership must be made annually.
I need to update my contact details, what is the best way to do this?
The easiest way to update your contact details is online by logging into your membership account. If you do not have an email address to enable you to do this, you can update your details using the “Change of Details” section on the front of the Membership Subscription Renewal Form.
When will I receive my new membership card?
Your new membership card will be sent in the post within 10 working days of your renewal being processed. Once you have received your new card please discard your old membership card (s) as they will no longer be active.
